A building is finished when someone walks in and feels something. Light, sound, movement and touch are the materials of that feeling. We design toward it, and the model makes sure nothing stands in its way.

Zariya Design Studio is an architecture and interior design studio in Nazirabad, Kolkata. We practise BIM and VR as part of how we design. By the time a project reaches site, the building has already been built once, in the model, and walked through, in VR.
- Imagine. We start from the brief and the feeling you want, and rehearse it in VR early.
- Model. Structure, services and architecture are built together in BIM, and clashes are fixed on screen.
- Build. A coordinated design goes to site, with the data your team needs later.
